Introduction into Meditation –

  • Benefits of using the technique, using video clips, handouts, exercises and discovering why do you want to do this.
  • Explanation re physiology. Process of practice and creating your own personal mantra.
  • Discussion time with questions.
  • Walk through a guided meditation session which will offer feelings of clarity, calm and balance to self.
  • Explanation of what happens to you, explaining how to use the technique and when to use it.
