Overview of Support offered

Counselling at Aspiring futures offers a safe environment to explore
feelings, problems and experiences. The Counsellor is a trained professional who will work with you to explore your choices and options. Counselling is also a talking therapy which helps towards self-awareness and self-confidence.

On the first appointment you will be asked to sign a disclosure agreement and your counsellor will explain that to you.

How will counselling help?
Counselling is a personal experience and how it helps a person depends on what you want from counselling. It makes you feel listened to. Talking to someone might help you to face difficult and negative emotions. It is a safe place where you can make sense of your confusion. It could provide a basis towards positive thinking and bring positive changes in your life.
