Overview of Support offered

YMCABG offer a range of mental health workshops to improve a person’s overall health and wellbeing.
‘Building confidence and self-esteem’ provides young people with a better understanding of what confidence and self-esteem is and explores the importance of acknowledging the differences between them. The workshop also looks at the impact of low confidence and self-esteem on a young person’s life. This interactive workshop will teach young people to explore practical techniques and strategies in everyday settings.

In a relaxed, informal and non-judgemental environment, young people are able to share their experiences if they want to or use the space to reflect and explore new ways to cope with the challenges that life can bring
