Overview of Support offered

This project uses sport to help you to build an awareness of your core skills, show you how you can develop these, and apply them to improving your life chances.

Additionally the project will:

  • Provide opportunity to work with the cohort to plan at least 6 weeks of the programme.
  • Deliver informal training and competitions for participants.
  • Offer 1-to-1 support and mentoring.
  • Provide informal mentoring and signposting to partner services.
  • Where possible, provide work experience and volunteering opportunities.

Our project is delivered by local people who have used sport to develop their skills. Our coaches understand your personal challenges and can help you to overcome them.
