Overview of Support offered

This activity provides a real experience of work in which you are able to experience being in a job and getting paid for that job. Whilst you are employed you will have the benefit of a mentor. After the six month period we would expect that you would be encouraged to apply for a position within the company/organisation engaging with you. We would be unable to guarantee that you would automatically be engaged into a job after the six month period, but could guarantee an interview if you successful in their “work experience”.

In the lead up to the 6 months “work experience” the partners would work with you to help you become “job ready” by providing a series of activities, mentoring/coaching opportunities and personal development programmes to enable you to be successful once you start “work”. We would also expect that these activities will continue during the course of the “work experience”.

To get started, the client needs to register with create a future in the first instance. Opportunities will be advertised with Talent Match as they become available.
