Designed to enable young people to understand the importance of customer service and how to deliver excellent customer service.
The training day is interactive supported by a dedicated Learning Mentor.

The course will cover the following topics:
Elements of Customer Service
Identifying and meeting customer expectations
Customer Problem Solving techniques
