Overview of Support offered

YMCABCG offer a range of mental health workshops to improve a person’s overall health and wellbeing.

‘Dealing with Stress’ provides young people with a better understanding of what stress is and explores some of its signs and symptoms and how stress can affect people differently. This interactive workshop will teach young people to explore coping techniques and strategies to demonstrate the importance of self-care.
In a relaxed, informal and non-judgemental environment, young people are able to share their experiences if they want to or use the space to reflect and explore new ways to cope with the challenges that living with stress brings.
