Outcomes expected

Participants will learn how to create and present digital designs whilst learning a range of technical skills and building confidence in a group environment. There is a naturally expectation that participants will develop soft skills – team building, communication, confidence as well as English and IT.

The placement–styled nature of the programme encourages participants to develop a routine, get acclimatised to a work environment and build confidence working with teams and contributing to projects.

Following completion of the programme, options for both in-house and ASDAN accreditation are available and successful participants will be offered a guaranteed interview which (for the right candidates) may allow progression to an apprenticeship involving digital design.
