Outcomes expected

The course will give you an understanding of the hospitality industry. You will gain work experience running a country pub. Working in the kitchen preparing the menu you have designed. You will also gain experience serving customers.

The restaurant and bar will be where you will learn how to work with others, manage a team and communicate with customers.

During the course, you will be taught silver service, which will add additional experience and enable you to apply for jobs in exclusive hospitality venues.

You will gain a number of additional nationally recognised qualifications to help you gain further employment.
