Overview of Support offered
We are able to deliver both one to one and group based Drama and Creative Arts Therapy, which allows participants to approach issues they may be facing, in a creative way, encouraging expression through activities such as drama and visual arts. The work enables individuals to ‘rehearse’ positive strategies for life, as well as develop more self awareness and self confidence, within a safe and fun environment.
One to one sessions enable focused therapeutic work to take place. In addition, we are able to offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, motivational interviewing, life coaching and work around substance misuse taking negative addictions into positive additions. One to one sessions enable focused therapeutic work to take place, over a period of time. The programmes and sessions are delivered by our qualified, experienced HCPC (Health Care Professional Council) registered Drama therapist.
