Overview of Support offered

This 6 week interactive workshop aims to build confidence whilst giving you real life Job Coaching tools, techniques and skills to use yourself in your own job search.

Why not get ahead of the game and become your own Job Coach? You will explore your goals and aspirations, identify who and what inspires and motivates you and recognise your strengths, skills and abilities. You’ll learn how to set goals, plan and structure your own Job Search, how to explore options open to you and address and overcome obstacles.

We aim to provide you with skills and knowledge that you can use yourself, on your own terms and by the end of the course you will see a difference in the way in which you approach job searching and how you feel about it. You will feel confident and in control of your own job search and have the motivation to move ahead with your goals.

The great thing about being your own Job Coach is that after the 6 weeks course comes to an end you’ll still be able to continue applying what you have learnt in the sessions. If you are already working with a Job Coach being able to use these tools yourself will bring additional value to your meetings with your Coach.
