This interactive course will teach young people to explore therapeutic-based techniques and strategies to manage their anger and understand how they can apply these techniques in everyday settings.

In a relaxed, informal and non-judgemental environment, young people are able to share their experiences if they want to or use the space to reflect and explore new ways to manage their anger, and reduce the impact it is having on their lives.
