Courses dates to be arranged via mentors. One day duration 10am – 4.30pm
Overview of Support offered
This is a one day training course that runs from 10am – approx. 4.30pm Students will be trained and ‘attuned’ to enable them to give Reiki healing. Reiki is a simple hands-on healing therapy that anyone can do. It is easy to learn and simple to do. There are no exams or further study to you .. and every student will achieve a recognised qualification and the lifelong ability to give Reiki healing therapy to themselves, to other people and animals too.
Reiki is very relaxing and is a great way to help lower stress and anxiety. It can also help improve your mood and help ease pain. It involves gently placing of hands on various parts of a fully clothed body, holding that position for a minute or two and then moving to another position, and so on.
This course is also a great way to boost self-esteem by achieving a qualification too.
Working in groups of up to 6 on a course each student receives a colour manual, qualification and certificate and will practise giving Reiki healing to another student on the course. They will finish the day with the ability to give hands on Reiki.
Scope to move onto Level Two Reiki and also potential to gain income from charging to give Reiki to paying customers.

what equipment should I bring
A quiet room with chairs and tables. Tables able to be pushed together to lie on for the Reiki healing practise
A recognised qualification with no studying or exams necessary. A way of taking control of own Health and Wellbeing. Boosting self confidence and self-esteem. An enjoyable training day working and sharing with others in a relaxed environment.
