Overview of Support offered

It is essential to have a calm, healthy and composed mind as you take on life’s many challenges. If you don’t take good care of your health, there are major impacts, ranging from the everyday stress, lack of focus, energy and motivation in your daily life to more serious conditions like depression and anxiety that affect people in all stages of their lives.

Beatsabar Music Project has compiled some simple musical activities that can help you boost your mental health. The SNAIL Project is a weekly 2 hour session for 4 weeks, available to people suffering from Stress, Neglect, Anxiety, Insecurities and Loneliness and gives them the opportunity to record some original music in a fully equipped recording studio.

The programme aims to equip people with simple tools to improve their mental health through music. Confidence building exercises and motivational talks are all included in the 2 hour sessions.

Space is limited so please call now to express an interest.

Your mental health is fundamental to your life and goals, and it’s about time we start giving it the attention it deserves.
