Overview of Support offered

There are many jobs that are “customer facing”, this short course will teach you the basics of customer service. At the end of the course you will have gained a thorough knowledge and understanding of the key aspects of customer service and become confident in handling inquiries, complaints and communications. Key elements of the course:-

  • Roles and types of customer service
  • The importance of customer service
  • Why customer service is critical to any business
  • How to achieve good customer service
  • Excellent examples of customer service
