Learn how to manage by changing the way that you respond to stress but more importantly how to cope with it.
This course is about taking responsibility for your own physical and emotional wellbeing through identifying knee jerk habits or a negative attitude which brings about stress. This course will help identify, but also how to deal with it and move forward.

Incorporating healthy practices into daily life and problem solving. It encourages development of intangible skills, self-confidence, and empowerment. This course looks to explore what you mean when you feel ‘stressed out’, and reaction to situations without thinking and the impact these emotions have on situations and others around you.
