Overview of Support offered

Your first experience of Jobchange will be with one of our team of young professionally qualified advisors who will act as your mentor throughout your journey. We put the customer at the heart of everything that we do, building confidence in a friendly positive environment which encourages you to learn, grow and develop which will go a long way in removing any negative experiences that you may have previously had. We work very closely with partners to ensure that all our staff are labour market information savvy and know where the jobs are, resulting in our excellent rates into jobs.
Following the 1 – 1 careers advice sessions with one of our Advisors an action plan will be created with ways to overcome any barriers identified. The Action plan is led by you, flexible and with support and progress review built in. From this you may be referred to one of our in-house training courses if that is your career path which will give you the chance to gain work in Construction, Catering or Care.

If you are undecided on a career path we can help with a skills audit check which will identify possible career paths. All information that we provide is impartial and in confidence.

Jobchange will provide a quality learning experience for all young people on this project. We will do this by drawing on our many years of experience in running similar projects to help people into work. Young people will be part of this learner led project from the very start.
