Outcomes expected

The young people will develop their skills in communication both verbal and non-verbal. They will work in various teams, which enhances their ability to problem solve, understand other people’s views, planning and working to deadlines. The course gets people to think outside the box. They will identify their strengths and what areas need to be developed to help them when they are in the workplace. They can then enrol on an entry level or level 1 award in employability skills.
